Setting/room:

The colors of our house are emerald green and silver and our living room common is behind the hidden entrance in the dungeons. As you will see, its windows overlook the depths of the Hogwarts lake. We often see the fast-swimming giant squid and sometimes even more interesting creatures. We like to think that our meeting place has the aura of a mysterious sunken ship. The Slytherin Common Room is a common room for Slytherin House located in the dungeons. Overall, it sports various shades of green and the chimney hood is adorned with a snake emblem (all associated with the house). The Slytherin common room was long, semi-underground, with walls and ceiling made of rough stone. Several greenish lamps hung from the ceiling by chains. In front of them, under the carved mantelpiece of the fireplace, the bonfire crackled, and against it stood the silhouettes of some members of the Slytherin house, seated in very ornate chairs. The common room is a dungeon-like room with greenish lamps and chairs. This dungeon extends partly under the lake, causing light to enter the room in a green tone. The living room has plenty of black and dark green buttoned armchairs, leather sofas; skulls; and dark wood cabinets. One of the wooden tables has a magic chess. The walls are adorned with tapestries that tell the adventures of medieval wizards and witches. The room has a fairly large atmosphere, but also very cold. The entrance to the common room is located behind a bare stretch of stone wall in the dungeons of Hogwarts Castle. A password is required to access; with which a passage leading to the common room is revealed.
