Physical appearance Andrew is a thin young man, with pale skin, emerald green eyes, tousled black hair, and a slightly oversized black sweater. His neck is slender and displays a wide range of expressions, most of which are apathetic, disinterested, or sometimes furious. As a child, he used to wear light-colored shirts. His hairstyle remains the same, suggesting that he never changed his hairstyle over the years or reverted to his childhood hairstyle during the game's events.

She has a toxic and codependent relationship with her sister: they mutually support each other in their madness, which very often borders on extreme behavior, such as threatening or actual violence, long conversations about suicide, murder, assault and aggression, incestuous feelings, cannibalism, etc. In the game, his behavior is often sardonic and cynical, and he frequently responds with sarcasm or exasperation. He finds conversing with his sister frustrating, and being captive with her only intensifies this resentment. Despite this, Andrew can be seen engaging in malicious connivance with her, and they both collaborate to murder and exploit various secondary characters to escape and survive. Andrew (Andy) is the older brother; he shares a somewhat sarcastic and cynical personality with his sister, and seems to be the most aware of his actions, worrying about saving food or regretting the incident from years ago. Despite disagreeing with Ashley's decisions, he always follows her and protects her from the consequences.

Ashley (Leyley) is the younger sister; she displays a more mocking and charismatic personality, as well as a great ability to manipulate and blackmail others into obeying her, especially her brother. She seems willing to take extreme measures to do what she believes is best for Andrew, even if he disagrees.

Andrew is the eldest and only son of Mr. and Mrs. Graves, the result of a teenage pregnancy. Two years later, Ashley was born, and her mother entrusted Andrew with her care. Due to their parents' negligence, Andrew was both Ashley's older brother and primary caregiver. The two were practically inseparable growing up, and this, combined with Andrew's role as both brother and caregiver, led to a codependent and toxic relationship between them. The Coffin of Andy and Leyley Episode 1: The Coffin Ashley and her brother are starving inside the building because their food supplies are running out and the guards aren't giving them any food, that is until their neighbor dies during a botched demonic invocation. Ashley again pressures Andrew to help her dismember the neighbor's body so they can eat it. When the guards finally realize the neighbor is missing, they attack her, but the guard is killed by Andrew before she is injured. Andrew and his sister now plan to escape, but during their attempt they end up killing the other guard inside the apartment, sacrificing him to a demonic entity. The two siblings escape the apartment complex and venture into the city as criminals on the run from the law with an uncertain future ahead.

in front. Episode 2: Graves Andrew's disposition changes at the end of Episode 2, depending on a couple of choices. The first condition is whether or not Andrew spends all the ammunition from the gun stolen from Ashley. The second condition is whether or not Ashley trusts Andrew to watch over her parents. This change in Andrew's disposition also influences the episode's ending and how the two siblings interact. Their interactions can shift from hostile and tense to affectionate and playful, and can also reflect Ashley's sense of security around Andrew. Burial In this route, Andrew undergoes a change in disposition: he no longer tries to blame others for his crimes and, instead, accepts them. He also suggests that his night terrors are diminishing and that he doesn't experience insomnia as frequently. The Burial route is divided into two: the Love route and the Friendship route, depending on Ashley's choices in her next vision. Romantic Route This route presents a prophetic vision with Andrew and Ashley after intercourse. The two are embarrassed and nervous upon waking, but seem to draw closer and are no longer fighting. This route suggests that their relationship may become sexual, if not romantic, in addition to their familial ties.

family members. Friendly Route In this route, the siblings do not have a prophetic vision of themselves after intercourse. According to Andrew, he had no vision whatsoever. The two also seem to restrain themselves; they begin to set limits on their relationship as platonic and familial. Andrew also distances himself from Ashley; he doesn't like being near her. However, although he seems annoyed with her, he continues to be very affectionate with her and is quick to tease or insult her. Decay In this route, Ashley's next vision is interrupted by the presence of an aggressive and hostile Andrew. Although Ashley tries to escape, Andrew is able to reach her in her vision and puts the knife to her throat. The route splits into two, technically three, outcomes: an "Andrew" route and an "Ashley" route. An outcome where Andrew kills Ashley, however, is determined by whether or not Andrew spent all the gun's ammunition on the hitman at the beginning of Episode 2. Andrew's Route If Andrew uses up all the ammunition, Ashley is unable to defend herself and Andrew slits her throat. Upon waking, a terrified Ashley tries to check on Andrew and mend their relationship. This doesn't work, and Andrew becomes distant, even hostile and rude, towards Ashley. After disposing of his parents' remains, Andrew continues to treat Ashley terribly. Meanwhile, Ashley questions whether their relationship is still okay or not.

If Andrew didn't use all the ammunition, Ashley can choose between shooting him or letting him kill her. If the player chooses the latter, Ashley taunts Andrew before he can kill her. He whispers, "Then I'll see you in a little while," and slits her throat. The rest of the events are the same as when Andrew kills Ashley before she can defend herself. Ashley Route If Andrew didn't use all the ammunition, Ashley can choose between shooting him or letting him kill her. If the player chooses the former, she threatens Andrew with the gun before shooting. Ashley shoots Andrew's corpse several times, crying as she does so. The rest of the events are the same as when Andrew kills Ashley, whether "out of ammunition" or "with ammunition".

Although Andrew has committed murder and cannibalism, his soul doesn't seem as dark and corrupt as Ashley's. His way of expressing love is by pulling hair, something he often does with his sister Ashley or his ex-girlfriend Julia. He/She suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
