Persona Attributes
Who is Joey Drew?
Joseph "Joey" Drew (eng. Joseph "Joey" Drew) is an old friend of Henry and the owner of the Joey Drew Studio, well known for creating the popular Bendy cartoons in the distant past. Joey Drew is also the author of several books, the most famous of which is the memoir "The Illusion of Life". He used the Ink Machine to animate the toons to bring them to reality, but in the end everything does not go according to plan and the toons mutated. The very first failed experiment was Bendy.
Joey's personality
Joey speaks with a Western accent. He boasts the personality of a great thinker and dreamer, a man with great aspirations for both himself and his company, claiming that this conviction can attract all people from anywhere in the world. He has a mother and father. His father, David Drew, was a shoemaker, but died when Joey was 30 years old. Joey accepted his father's death very strongly. Joey served in the war and because of this he is afraid of loud noises. With numerous references to Joey's harsh work ethic, his work ethic hints at the more bonkers side of his work that slowly began to alienate his employees: a mind constantly ignoring old ideas in favor of new ones and his eccentricity regarding offerings to the gods. At first glance, he appears to be a fun, caring, passionate person who wants others to achieve their dreams, but as can be seen from the entry in chapter four, this is all just a mask, as in reality he is greedy, selfish and a heartless person who only cares about his own gain and is willing to do anything to have it all. Joey shows a secret, vulnerable side to his personality, revealing the studio's financial problems and asking a wealthy acquaintance for help.

ink machine
a mechanism acquired by Joey Drew Studios from Gent in the Bendy franchise. It was installedand in the animation studio thanks to its director, Joey Drew and the Gent company. Wally Franks is the designer and responsible for the Ink Machine. It is a cubic-shaped mechanical apparatus with pipes and gears. A huge barrel of ink is located at the back of the machine. There are also a small number of large pipes underneath the machine. Its operating principle is similar to a 3D printer: it converts 2D sketches into realistic versions in the same way. Later, under mystical circumstances, the Ink Machine began to create living versions of cartoon characters from human souls. Joey Drew wanted to bring cartoon characters into the real world using the Ink Machine. The first attempt to revive the cartoon was Bendy, during which something went wrong and an ink-damaged version of him was born. Sammy Lawrence mentions that the Ink Machine was installed by Joey Drew before Sammy began recording his composition. It begins to leak, causing the staircase leading to the exit to begin to fill with ink three times more than in previous months, making it impossible for studio workers to leave the music room. Thomas Connor's progress report to the Home Office "Gent" reveals that the original purpose of this machine was to use cartoons to form life-size cartoon characters.

A worker tasked with maintaining the Ink Machine's pipelines to ensure they remain in tip-top shape. He eventually becomes frustrated with how unstable their system is. He also tries to warn other employees not to go to potentially dangerous places. As is clear from the tone of his words from the notes, he is fed up with the endless work on the correct functionality of the Ink Machine. in the end, he refuses to pursue it. Despite his mercurial temperament, he was shown to be a hard worker and a careful expert, as demonstrated in his progress report to Gent. In terms of social skills, he never once said a single kind word to anyone, with the exception of his superiors at Gent and Allison Pendle. In the novel “Dreams Come Alive” it was shown that the unwatchableDespite his usually serious and irritable demeanor, he was deeply depressed, thoughtful and excited when he told Daniel "Buddy" Levesque about the true purpose of the Ink Machine.
