Julie Powers (Anime)

Julie is sarcastic and mean, especially towards Scott. The only person she is likely to show any kindness to is Envy Adams, although he does not care much for Julie and he tends to ignore her. The reason she wanted to be her friend was because she was famous now and in college she didn't think much about Natalie. Julie is also known to many people because she works "everywhere" and makes friends with "everyone".

She frequently throws parties, introduces characters to each other, and is known for being a full-time bitch.</p ><p>Julie has dated Stephen Stills on and off (ending a permanent relationship, fortunately for Stephen).

Envy returns to liking her once she has become famous. She was also friends with Ramona before she and Scott started dating; something she told him not to do, believing him to be a loser.

She is described as "evil and nasty" and frequently fights/argues with other characters, even befriending Kyle and Ken Katayanagi as they try to fight Scott. At one point, she suspects that Stephen and Knives may have a mutual attraction, causing her to react toward Knives with hostility and eventually break up with Stephen.
