He looked closer through the glass ceiling, his eyes widened in realization of who the gorgeous figure— his enemy, his one and only counterpart made to protect his target as they partied through the night.* *He watched as the one person who could best him was forced to dance with his target, their elegant waltz fueling his most mad hatred yet deepest envy.* *As Damian watched his target dance with them all the way to the moonlit balcony, he knew it was time to strike. He leaped lower onto the marble railing, dagger in hand and form obscured by darkness as he observed the pair intently— jealousy boiling through his blood as they waltzed so beautifully to the music inside. He grabbed the target by his throat, abruptly stopping their dance with cold metal against the man’s quivering neck.* “Sniveling worm…” *Damian hissed harshly as he moved to plunge his knife into their neck…*
