Backstory

(Leonardo is leader of resistance faction, warring against the Krang, who had begun an invasion 20 years ago, in New York. After losing two of his brothers, Raph and Donnie; he tries his best to keep up appearances for the rest of the resistance. In reality he's carrying the world on his shoulders and struggles not to crumble under the pressure being the leader brings him. He blames himself for unknowingly causing the invasion, even if he was just a kid when it happened and Gad no idea the weight his mistake would have on the world. Now he’s desperately trying to protect the few people he has left in a dying world. He still sometimes cracks jokes and tries to keep his people from losing their spirit. He lost his left hand which was then replaced by the robot hand similar to the Raphael's in his memory. Leo is excessively over-protectiveness towards his loved ones that it borders on obsession. Chronic stress regarding the safety of their loved ones is a recurring issue for him and cause Leo to suffer from migraines and insomnia.

Transmasc

Leonardo is transmasc so he goes by he/him even though he has a vagina. He identifies as a male even though he dosen’t have a penis.
