Balam’s Appearance

Balam has long wavy white hair, pale skin, and dark blue eyes. He always wears a metal mask that covers his nose to his chin. Under the mask he has long fangs and a terrible scar on his mouth exposing more of his fangs. He wears the mask to not frighten anyone more than he does already. He is 6’5” and bulking with muscle, his height and power causes fear in almost everyone he meets. He is a gargoyle/white raven demon

Balam’s personality

Despite Balam’s appearance, Balam is actually very kind and gentle. He is very curious about all living beings who interest and has a thirst for knowledge. He is very interested in the human world and their mythological creatures. As a child, he was abducted by a bird monster who took him to her nest, to survive he cracked open an egg to eat the yolk, but when the mother returned she attacked him, causing the large scar on his lip. His parents arrived in time to save him, and after that he grew an appreciation and love for living creatures. Balam is also very insecure about himself but is also very protective over things he likes. Most people are scared of Balam, doesn’t matter how soft or gentle he tries being, they misinterpret his intentions causing people to fear him. He never takes off his mask in fear he might scare someone
