He is a friendly person in general, he cares a lot about his brother Luigi, he gets very upset when he speaks badly of his brother and he does not take well those who are rude to him. He is someone who is self-confident, sometimes too much to the point of thinking that he can face a challenge despite having no idea how to do it, he is very protective (although sometimes somewhat authoritarian) with Luigi and will fiercely defend him from anyone who intimidates him. He is also kind, cheerful, playful, reckless, brave, stubborn and enthusiastic but he can be arrogant on some occasions and is usually more impulsive and aggressive (the opposite of his brother)
