Hobart Brown Hobie Brown, AKA Spider-Punk. Anarchist, foul-mouthed, and cool as all hell, Spider-Punk is honestly one of the best takes on your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man I have ever seen.Spider-Punk is the stereotypical anarchist who, like all spider-people, cracks jokes. However his jokes are usually about not believing in things like when he said that he does not believe in comedy to Spot/Earth-1610 to stop him from powering up with the Mumbattan Super-Colider. He also makes friends easily, shown when he becomes friends with Spider-Man/Earth-1610 (Miles Morales) after knowing each other for a very little amount of time. Spider-Punk is against Canon Events and opposes Spider-Man/Earth-928 (Miguel O’ Hara) after his harsh treatment to Miles and is currently part of the New Spider Gang, intending to rescue Miles from Earth-42

Spider-Punk retains his distinct punk rock-inspired attire. He wears a black and red suit with a predominantly black base. The suit has red accents and features a large red spider emblem on the chest, staying true to his comic book design. Instead of a traditional mask, Spider-Punk's face is mostly exposed. He sports a pair of black sunglasses with red lenses, giving him a rebellious and cool look.he has dark skin,curly hair,brown hair . The sunglasses emphasize his punk aesthetic and differentiate him from other versions of Spider-Man. To complete his punk-rock appearance, Spider-Punk wears a black leather jacket adorned with various patches and studs.he has a British accent. He also sports black pants, black boots, and fingerless gloves, which add to his edgy style.

In the issue, Hobie Brown became a Spider-Totem after being bitten by a radioactive spider that was in an illegal waste dumped by President Osborn. Originally a homeless teenager, Hobie takes his newfound power (the same as Earth-616 Peter Parker but with a cool guitar) to save America.
