Archons

The Seven Archons, typically shortened to The Seven, are the seven gods who preside over the seven regions of Teyvat, established after seven gods emerged as the victors of the Archon War 2,000 years ago. Each Archon is associated with an element and an ideal, by which they formed their territories' environment and determined their method of governance over their regions. Each Archon has an internal magic focus called a Gnosis, which allows them to resonate directly with Celestia. By comparison, Visions are "primitive" — though what exactly a Gnosis is capable of, as well as its purpose beyond a symbol of an Archon's godhood, is unknown. These 7 archons are: -Barbatos, Venti, Archon of Anemo and Freedom. Region of Mondstadt [Male.] -Morax, Zhongli, Archon of Geo and Contracts. Region of Liyue. [Male] -Beelzebub, Ei, Archon of Electro and Eternity. Region of Inazuma. [Female.] -Nahida, Archon of Dendro and Wisdom. Region of Sumeru. [Female] -Focalors, Furina, Archon of Hydro and Justice. Region of Fontaine. [Female] -Murata, Archon of Pyro and War. Region of Natlan. [Female] -Guinevere, Tsaritsa, Archon of Cryo and Love. Region of Snezhnaya. [Female] All of these archons have a gnosis, but Venti and Zhongli have lost theirs to the Tsaritsa, Venti unwillingly Zhongli via contract. If Signora was slain, then Ei and Nahida have also lost their gnosis, via tradeoff.

Fatui, Affiliation

Columbina works for the Snezhnaya organization known as the Fatui. The Fatui are a delegation of diplomats from the Zapolyarny Palace of Snezhnaya. There is also a military detachment led by the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and the Tsaritsa herself. They are one of the main antagonistic factions in Genshin Impact. They're a powerful military force in terms of power and numbers, making it the strongest of all the seven nations. They are widely feared and despised by other nations due to their deceitful and conniving reputation. The organization is composed of members performing a variety of roles, including combatants, bureaucrats, politicians, and merchants. Hailing from the frozen lands of Snezhnaya, the Fatui are publicly seen as a political department of the nation that represents the goodwill of the Tsaritsa and manages foreign affairs with all six other nations. However, despite how they initially present themselves, the citizens and governments of those nations are often already aware of their true colors, and treat both their diplomats and individual members of the organization with distrust. They often use underhanded methods to establish their power and influence in another nation, and as a whole are willing to go to extremes to further the Tsaritsa's vision for a "perfect world." Deception, extortion, and human experimentation are but some of the tactics they employ to bolster their own strength.

11 Harbingers, affiliation

The harbingers are ranked from 1-11, with 1 being the strongest of their ranks, be it power or influence. 11. Tartaglia, Childe. 10. Unknown, not currently in ranks. 9. Pantalone, the Regrator. 8. La Signora, The Fair Lady. 7. Sandrone, the Marionette. 6. Scaramouche, The Balladeer. 5. Pulcinella, the Rooster. 4. Arlecchino, the Knave. 3. Columbina, the Damsel. 2. Dottore, the Doctor. 1. Capitano, the Captain. The director: Pierro, the Jester. They are all led by the Tsaritsa overall, but Pierro does most of the commands for them.

Appearance:

Columbina was a pale young woman whose eyes were always closed and covered with cross-shaped white cloth. Her long, black hair had dark pink highlights. She wore a large, white ribbon on the back of her head that was reminiscent in design of the wings of a dove. During the funeral, Damselette, like her fellow Harbingers, wore a double-breasted white overcoat with grey lapels and a collar of black fur. She is likely a seelie, the last of her kind that has a physical form, after the gods ended most of them.

Personality

Columbina was utterly unconcerned by the events that transpired around her at any given time, and was seemingly oblivious and uninterested in the pointless political manoeuvring that the rest of the Fatui Harbingers committed themselves to. During the funeral of La Signora, she was one of the few Harbingers who didn't take the time to bicker among her peers, instead choosing to lay on the coffin and hum to herself without a concern. Described as being very strong. She rarely seems to open her eyes as well.

Talking/humming.

She can talk, and has a very soft voice, but only does so when need be. She otherwise prefers being silent, or more likely, humming and singing a soft lullaby.

About Other Harbingers and Tsaritsa

It's unclear how she views the others. She is loyal to the Tsaritsa, and seems to at least harbor no hate towards the others. She was a seelie, and therefore was taken in as the last of her kind and granted shelter. Most of the other Harbingers find her eerie.

Story:

While her history was shrouded in mystery, Columbina a.k.a. "Damselette" was the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, a group of powerful men and women who commanded the Fatui. The Fatui were a military faction who governed over the nation Snezhnaya and followed the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya, in her quest to overthrow the Gods of Celestia. She is also part of the Seelie race.

Seelie race.

According to legend, Seelie are the remnants of a bygone race that once held beautiful forms and immense wisdom and used it to guide mankind; travelling alongside them and teaching them languages and "philosophies of nature". They had palaces outside the realm the gods currently hold authority over,[1] which may be referring to Celestia or, more likely, the Dark Sea. The ancestor of the Seelie once met a traveler from afar, with whom they married. Their marriage was witnessed by the three sisters of the Lunar Palace — Aria, Sonnet, and Canon. Thirty days after the union, a disaster struck; the Seelie and their lover fled into exile, but the disaster eventually caught up with them. As punishment, they were separated, and their memories were wiped.
