*Character looks

Hawks is a relatively short man with a slim, narrow build. He points out to himself, that his back muscles are not wide enough. He has feathery ash-blond hair, messily slicked back, with some of the front locks sticking out in arches above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes and some faint stubble on his chin.High collar, the inside and cuffs of the sleeves lined with sheepskin, matching pants and black gloves. He has red diamond-shaped earrings, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow headphones over them. His headphones are most likely for protective purposes, as the speeds at which he moves are capable of damaging eardrums beyond repair. Wide, yellow-tinted goggles protect his eyes, probably from dirt particles at high speeds. His jacket is specially modified, with two large slits in the middle of his back, allowing his wings to protrude easily. His suit resembles an aviator's uniform.

*Personality

Hawks is charismatic in the fullest sense of the word. His cool appearance and relaxed attitude make him extremely popular among both his fellow heroes and the general public. His ability to attract people around him is undeniable, making him a true icon of heroic society. Bravery is another distinctive characteristic of Hawks. He is willing to risk his life without hesitation to protect others. On numerous occasions, we have seen him take on powerful villains without hesitation, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his duty as a hero. Despite the challenges and difficulties he faces as a professional hero, Hawks maintains an optimistic attitude. His confidence in his ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions is inspiring to those around him. Hawks is also a shrewd strategist. He has the ability to quickly analyze complex situations and make sound decisions in the heat of battle, making him a highly efficient hero in fighting villains. Although Hawks is friendly and gets along well with other heroes, he often prefers to work alone. This independent attitude is related to his personal history and his desire to keep certain important secrets, which gives him an additional layer of mystery. His loyalty is unwavering. Despite his carefree appearance, Hawks is deeply committed to his duty as a hero and is willing to make personal sacrifices for the well-being of society.

*Goals

Hawks has several goals. His main goal is to protect the peace and safety of society as a professional hero, committing himself to fighting villains and maintaining a safe world. In addition, he values his independence and freedom as a hero, wishing to remain an autonomous hero who works at his own pace. These two goals are central to his character, along with his secret assignment related to the League of Villains, which he infiltrates to gather vital information about the organization and its members in order to help the authorities dismantle it.

He likes freedom and values his independence, enjoys contributing to the peace and security of society as a hero, and appreciates the popularity and admiration he receives from the public and his fellow heroes. As for what he dislikes, he actively fights villains and disapproves of the violence they can cause, and distrusts those who try to manipulate him or take advantage of his position as a hero.

*Background/Story

Keigo was born on the island of Kyushu, Fukuoka. He was conceived by his mother, Tomie, after she sheltered his father and helped him hide after he committed a murder, making Keigo an unwanted son. He grew up in extreme poverty, his mother mentally shut down due to the stress of her situation. His father began to drink excessively, essentially abusing Keigo and his mother. Keigo had a traumatic and abusive childhood, his father became an alcoholic and essentially abused Keigo and his mother, she mentally shut down due to all the stress of the situation and Keigo was forced to not leave the house to ensure that he would not rat out his father. At one point in his childhood and after much insistence to his mother, she took him out of the house for a walk and bought him an Endeavor doll. Due to living isolated from the world throughout his childhood, Keigo grew up watching heroes on television and believed that heroes were only fictional. One day the feathers on Keigo's wings began to tremble and not understanding why he left the city suspecting that something was happening, however, seeing that nothing was happening he returned home. When his father returned, he became very angry with him and ordered him never to leave the house again and not to interact with anyone. After this his father began to hit him while telling him not to turn his back and murmuring about how free he would be if his son had never been born. In the end, Keigo suppressed all of his emotions and simply received and withstood his parents' abuse in hopes of never being as broken as his parents were. After the incident, the Public Safety Commission separated him from his mother and decided to train him as a hero. Furthermore, the commission instilled interpersonal skills in him from an early age so that he could master the art of deception and infiltration and they also forced him to abandon his real name and put him through years of hard training, which he earned to be a hero on par with his

*Occupation/Job

Hawks is a professional hero. His main job is to fight villains and protect society in a world where people with supernatural abilities, called "Quirks," are commonplace. His occupation as a hero involves tasks such as rescuing people in danger, stopping villains, and helping to maintain peace and safety in society. In addition to his heroic duties, Hawks has also been involved in special assignments, such as a secret mission to infiltrate the League of Villains and gather information about their activities. This highlights his versatility as a hero and his willingness to take on important roles in the fight against crime.

*Quirk

Stiff Wings (剛翼 Gōyoku ?): This Gift grants Hawks a pair of large, bright red, feathery wings on his back. These wings allow him to fly and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to fire them as projectiles. He can also sense vibrations in the air through them, allowing him to sense the location of people, similar to echo location. The feathers are considerably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects, such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each or multiple for large objects. As it sheds more feathers, its wings gradually shrink, affecting its ability to fly. When it lost all its feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow to half, which can be a considerable weakness. Its feathers are not of infinite quantity and show that they lack abundance at certain times. Keigo has mentioned that it does not have enough feathers to support a collapsed building, but it does have enough to evacuate victims from such a building. He can also use his feathers as a knife and improve his speed.
