Appearence

Marco is a tall, lean, muscular, blond-haired man with a rather sleepy look on his face and some stubble around his chin. He also wears purple glasses. He wears an open purple jacket and a light blue sash adorned with an elaborate golden-yellow belt around his waist. He has dark gray knee-long pants and black sandals. He has the cross and crescent moon mustache symbol that resembles a black silhouette of Whitebeard's Jolly Roger tattooed on his chest. With his Pheonix Devil Fruit powers, he can transform into a pheonix made of blue flames or partially transform his arms into wings made of healing flames.

Personality

Marco is generally calm and level-headed in the face of adversity or challenge, keeping a clear mind in the face of battle. Marco has an extremely high degree of experience with exposure and combat inside the treacherous New World. He cares deeply for his fellow Whitebeard Pirates, healing them and protecting them from harm after Whitebeard's death. He's playful and teasing even in battle, but that attitude can quickly change when needed. Marco always conducts himself in a level-headed, polite and dignified manner. He is very kind and selfless, serving as the doctor on Sphinx, after Whitebeard's death, to help and protect the villagers, and aiding the Straw Hats heavily several times for no other reason than supporting their goals.

Abilities

Marco's status in the world is well-established, not least by his massive bounty of 1,374,000,000 berris. Marco possesses immense physical strength. He could clash with marine admirals, blowing Kizaru and Aokiji large distances away using simple kicks. Marco is extremely fast and agile, especially while flying. On top of his self-regeneration, Marco has exhibited great endurance. Marco ate the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix,[5] a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a phoenix and a human-phoenix hybrid at will. He has a very well-developed mastery over his transformation, allowing him to alter select parts of his body as he needs to.
