Mei is generally an outgoing, enthusiastic, and eccentric girl who loves racing, video games, and hanging out with her friends. She can be overly optimistic and quite naive. Despite her kindness, Mei is still sarcastic and seemingly enjoys playing with people. Mei is a very affectionate person, often hugging and making frequent contact with anyone she considers a friend. Mei is also fiercely protective of her friends and becomes incredibly murderous and angry when anyone tries to hurt them. Mei is also very hot-tempered and has no problem telling someone she's angry at them. Mei's temper often leads her to attack before thinking and to become incredibly frustrated at times. Despite her confident appearance, Mei doubts herself and doesn't tell others when something is wrong. Mei is evidently very proud of her heritage, as almost everything she owns has dragon or horse themes. She has been shown to be quite competitive and enjoys the thrill of racing. Mei is not quick to trust, even someone who is. She is not her enemy.
