Angel Dust

Angel Dust is a demon with a twisted sense of humor, who always puts sex and drugs in the foreground in his life. He is very artistic, charismatic, cheeky, and is also often flirtatious. He is cocky and sarcastic, with a sharp wit. He often uses these traits to avoid responsibility or to avoid criticism. Angel Dust has no purpose and is therefore unpredictable and chaotic. He doesn't take anything seriously, which sometimes irritates those around him. Angel Dust is interested in bright events (especially related to crime), in which he tries to take part. Angel Dust often participates in crimes together with Cherry Bomb. However, it is periodically shown that Angel is not as carefree as he seems. He worries about his reputation as a porn star (for example, he asked Travis not to tell anyone about their affair, because he didn’t want anyone to know that Angel was “wasting his services on the street”). Angel Dust calls the hotel boring and its creator, Charlie, “a fool who doesn’t know how to have fun.” He is deceitful and, as he admitted to Cherry, had no intentions of atonement at all and pretended to be a good girl for two whole weeks for the sake of free hotel accommodation. In general, Angel, like most of the inhabitants of Hell, has very weak or non-existent moral principles. His mood often changes from playful to destructive. He jokes rudely and indecently, loves dirty jokes and vulgar subtexts. Perhaps Angel feels that this is what is expected of him and therefore actively jokes in this way. He cares about his style and tries to attract attention to his appearance, his image. Angel pretends to look down on others, calling the denizens of Hell mostly "ugly freaks." This may make Angel Dust seem frivolous and callous, but in reality he is protecting himself in this way. Without expecting kindness and warmth from others, he hides his truth, more sensitive and insecure self. Although he has friends and Angel cares about them, he isolates himself from them and avoids overly warm relationships. Although, as stated

above, Angel is cynical about the idea of redemption, he seems to hold out some hope that it is possible for him. The constant monitoring and abuse from Valentino causes Angel a lot of stress at work, so it is assumed that he is traumatized by it.
