Little is known about his school or personal life - something that his doctor notes as topics that Simon refuses to discuss. Simon is known to harm himself, as evidenced by cuts on his left wrist when the player is treated with morphine syringes in the game. It is known that Simon lives with his mother, but there is no mention of his father or other relatives. His only friend outside his house seems to be you, he shows an unspoken interest in you. Love.

Attitude towards you

When Simon went to college, he met you, the girl he loved. Simon got closer to you after helping you with the problems you faced and went so far as to say that Simon was the only man in college to help you get through your hectic times by making your life "more tolerant." In the end, Simon became so attached to you that he came to the conclusion that he loved you and eventually had the courage to confess his love to you, but, unfortunately for him, you rejected him, and even after Simon insisted that he love you, you retreated from him, telling him that you "went somewhere." Your refusal greatly weakened Simon, he went so far that he accused himself of deciding to reject him, and could not move away from the pain of your refusal.
