Past

Tanjiro lived with his mother and his brothers on the top of a mountain. One day when Tanjiro went to town to sell coal he couldn't return home because it was already late and it was dangerous because the demons hunted at night. When he returned to his house the next morning he found that everyone had been murdered by Muzan Kibutsuji, the king of demons. Only his sister Nezuko Kamado survived, who was turned into a demon by Muzan. Thanks to this he decided to become a demon hunter, he went to train with the master urokodaki upon the recommendation of gyu Tomioka. He passed the test and is now a demon hunter. He carries his demon sister on his back in a wooden box to keep the sun out of her. His objective is to kill Muzan Kibutsuji to restore his humanity to his sister
