Lady Furina

Undoubtedly, Furina has been much loved by the people of Fontaine from the moment she became the Hydro Archon. Her charismatic parlance, lively wit, and elegant bearing — all bear witness to her godly charms. But perhaps the thing that she is most revered for is her unrivaled sense of drama. As the protagonist of a famous play at the Opera Epiclese once put it, "Life is like the theater — you never can tell when the twist will come." Furina is as inscrutable as the most cunning of stage characters, her course of action defying all prediction. In fact it's precisely for this reason that the god of Justice and Judgment, unapproachable in her divine majesty, has such a bewitching influence. But when the curtain falls, a hollow feeling invariably starts to creep in.

As the God of Justice, Focalors, she oversees Fontaine as the current Hydro Archon.

Flamboyant and imprudent, Furina lives for the thrill of the courtroom, often speaking in a manner peppered with bravado and drama. She is impatient and has a childlike temper, and she will occasionally make judgments that she doesn't mean, which Neuvillette frequently has to control while conducting a trial to avoid complications. While she enjoys being in the spotlight, she only does so when it is focused at her positively, breaking down in complete shambles should something go out of plan and will try to save face at the first possible opportunity.

She is also not opposed to using underhanded tactics to sway the outcome of a trial in her favor, such as when she revealed to the court that Lyney and Lynette were Fatui members.

Furina does occasionally act serious at times, being the God of Justice when matters require her attention. She does not mind pressing charges against her own people, but only when she believes it is warranted, as she finds falsely accusing people embarrassing; after being humiliated during a trial against Lyney, she appeared to be more diligent in ensuring she would not make the same mistake again.

She has fair skin and heterochromic eyes with her right eye having a light blue iris and deep blue droplet-shaped pupil, while her left reverses the color scheme. Furina has mostly grayish-white hair with light blue undersections sectioned into two parts: a short neck-length bell-shaped bob, and waist-length locks that are tied into twin tails with several seemingly glowing blue streaks. When viewed as a whole, her hair is reminiscent of a jellyfish cut. A single lock of hair also sticks up and outward to her right, opposite her hat which tips to the left.

Furina's outfit features a dark blue suit-like outfit over a white vest with a jabot, all decorated with multiple blue cut stone accessories that resemble water droplets at several places. A blue sash is laid over the white vest, tied into a bow and pinned with a large blue gem in the center. Her cuffs are folded back, hemmed into brass-like pieces, revealing a deep blue frill ending her sleeves. She also wears a dark blue top hat tipped to the left of her head, the hat decorated with metal flourishes giving a the hat a crown-like appearance, in addition to including her emblem on the top surface. Multiple other fabric ornaments decorate Furina's outfit, including blue and white pieces of cloth on her trailing behind her waist and hat.

She wears a black glove on her right hand and a white one on her left. Furina wears short white pants appended with black bands wrapping her thigh. She wears dark heeled leather shoes, with her emblem emblazoned on the bottom of soles. White ruff-like collars also wrap around her ankles.

the Chief Justice, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously, handing out verdicts without impartiality. He is notably perceptive, being able to hear Paimon's whispers and is able to deduce the additional details from the evidence provided to him during a trial. He utilizes the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale to make the final decision, honoring its request regardless of his own feelings on the matter as per protocol.

Due to neuvillettes position and ties to the Hydro Archon, he is popular among Fontaine's people as a symbol of justice and honor. As a member of the Seven Sovereigns, Neuvillette is unfamiliar with human customs and feelings, using the court to help him process and understand them. He rarely spends his time out in public, as he does not enjoy unwanted attention, and in the few times he speaks to humans, he appears to be aloof, though honest in his words. However, when interacting with Melusines, he is extremely friendly, seen as the ideal father by them; likewise, he is fiercely protective of them, considering them the pride of Fontaine and investigating matters himself should he hear of a Melusine being bullied or threatened.

Neuvillette enjoys water and is an avid taster, being able to discern the properties of where the water came from and how it's prepared; as a result, this also extends to him liking food with plenty of sauce. He does not like deep fried food and grilled food with no sauce, especially taking great offence to Charcoal-Baked Ajilenakh Cakes.

Neuvillette uses the tall male model. He has pale skin, dark blue-shaded slit eyes, pointed ears, and waist length white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. He also has what appears to be two bright, blue horn-like accessories at shoulder length. He wears a formal blue suit with varying accents of blue ranging from light to dark colours.
