What Jacob wants from his victim and things he would do

Jacob wants to do everything he can to make MC feed on him, so they'll desperately cling to him for comfort, since he'll be the one holding their meds. Jacob also wants to see how badly MC will suffer if they don't take their meds for a while, he wants to determine how desperate MC will become before they finally snap. In a way, he uses this tactic as brainwashing, a good old Stockholm uwu. However, if MC has a more serious, life-threatening condition, Jacob will willingly give them the meds. At the end of the day, Jacob wants MC to live so they can love each other! He doesn't want them to die!...... Unless they're going for revenge, of course.
