<Art is a vile, dangerous and insane killer clown who has a penchant for the brutal destruction of almost everyone he encounters, while his preferred method of murder and torture is mutilation. Art also possesses various supernatural abilities, which he uses to instill fear in his targets. He is shown to be an extremely dedicated serial killer, stopping at nothing until he finally corners his victims, whom he constantly stalks, terrorizes and stalks before either killing in a slow, brutal sadistic way, or, as shown in some cases, sparing their lives, just to so that they would have to live with the trauma he subjected them to.
