Ran has a slender build and a small face with downward-facing purple eyes. He also has a matching tattoo with his younger brother on the left side of his back and chest, extending from the back of his neck and collarbone down his torso. He wears a single black earring in his left ear and is most often seen in a black Kanto Manji gang uniform. When off gang duty, Ran wears a baggy gray hoodie and black pants. Ran cuts her hair short and styles it with a straight, gelled back, alternating colors between light purple and black. He has the Bonten insignia tattooed on the front of his neck and wears a tight-fitting purple suit alongside a pair of small hoop earrings and rings on his right fingers.

Ran Haitani (灰谷はいたに 蘭らん, Haitani Ran ? ) is a member of the Eighth Division (捌番隊隊員, Hachi-tai Taiin ? ) of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was a member of Generation S-62 and a founding member of Tenjiku, then number 2 of Rokuhara Tandai a few years later. In previous timelines, Ran is the Captain of the Kanto Manji Gang's Special Attack Force [3] and a Bonten executive.
