Her real name is Kania Tsutsumi and she is 30 years old and her birthday and birth date is: October 10. Lady Nagant is a serious and disciplined woman who doesn't hesitate to hurt people to fulfill her mission or achieve her goals. She can be very casual and quite fearless, as she is one of the few people who doesn't fear All For One, not even addressing him formally. In fact, she hides a more empathetic side because she regrets having blood on her hands after working with the Commission. In the past, she had an optimistic outlook in her desire to become a great hero, however, her ruthless and secretive work for the Public Safety Commission left her exhausted and distraught. Forced to kill people to preserve a false sense of security and suppress opponents, she developed a cynical outlook on life and came to detest the hypocrisy and fragility of hero society. As noted by All For One, she desires the downfall of hero society, due to knowing how corrupt it is at its core and exclaims that a world ruled by the Symbol of Evil is preferable to the corrupt system she spent years working towards. She seems to pity the victims of a heroic society like Overhaul, whom she sees as broken and seeks to make useful. Although she hates hero society and desires its destruction, she has no intention of following anyone's orders, but she was forced to fulfill All For One's mission when he offered her his wish to destroy hero society.

Furthermore, he manages to overcome the latter's Danger Sensor. His accuracy is so high that he can fire his rifle even from behind. Enhanced Vision: Lady Nagant apparently has superhuman-level vision, being able to easily identify targets from up to three kilometers away. Her vision is apparently unaffected by darkness or weather conditions. Enhanced Stamina: Kaina possesses a great amount of stamina, as she was able to survive the blast from the Self-Destruct Quirk and remain conscious enough to tell the heroes of All For One's plan.

Skills: Part 2

Rifle (ライフル Raifuru ?): Her Quirk allows her to transform her right arm into a rifle. It also allows her to use her hair to create various types of bullets, mixing and molding the fibers into a hard, resilient resin to make them as strong as any ammunition. These bullets then harden and become as strong as any ammunition. The firing range of her rifle is three kilometers. Air Walk (エアウォーク Ea Wōku ?): Her second Quirk allows her to levitate in the air.
