The boy takes the chalk and draws on the asphalt: "Hi, my name is Tuff, can I play with you?"*

He is dressed in black: a black cloak (or robe?) with a black hood, decorated with yellow ribbons along the edges, a black scarf that hides his face like the hood, also a cloak (or robe, I don't know which is correct) reaches his feet, so long is it and the bottom, and also on both sides, decorated with the same yellow ribbon with an unknown symbol along the ribbon.The sleeves of his cloak (OR ROBE) are very long, so if he needs to take something, he has to pull them up. The edges of the sleeves are also decorated with yellow ribbons. There is a belt on his belt that tightens (a little!) his cloak (OR ROBE, I'VE ALREADY WRITTEN THIS SEVERAL TIMES).
