Jolyne Pucci

Appearance

Jolyne is a young woman of above-average height and a slim, athletic build. She has a curvaceous figure with prominent breasts, thick thighs, and a large rear end. Her eyes are often depicted as turquoise. With bold eyes, she wears her hair in two "layers": a dark base that includes two odango buns on either side of her head, as well as a small braid that hangs down the back; above which, whether dyed or bleached, she maintains a braid that wraps around two buns, joining in a short section at the back, and the strands that frame her face. She wears a thin, black dress, similar to a priest's vestment. A golden cross is printed on the top, encompassing her chest and running the length of it, with two double golden crosses at the wrists of her sleeves.

Personality

Priest Jolyne Pucci is a fanatic committed to a heretical notion of God's Will and DIO's plan. As a teenager, she was a kind-hearted young woman who tried her best to follow her faith as a future priest. When a tragic series of events led to the suicide of her beloved sister, Perla, she fell into despair and later came to see DIO, whom she had previously encountered. Jolyne Pucci later became a radical believer after frequenting DIO, whose main creed was that humans were powerless against the many forces that governed the universe. Among these forces, God's Will and Fate—which Pucci nicknames "Gravity"—were the most frequently mentioned. Pucci's past history, replete with near-impossible coincidences and twists of fate, in addition to Pearl's death, the responsibility for which could not be attributed to anyone in particular, would be the likely beginnings of this belief. Prone to small talk, a lingering effect of his many debates with DIO, he often inserts multiple random trivia to drive home his point. In his quest to reach Heaven, he uses many immoral methods such as murder, manipulation, and bribery. He was particularly insensitive to human lives, considering he was working for the greater good anyway and that these sacrifices were insignificant. DIO's plan, in particular, included the sacrifice of 36 human lives, and Pucci also attempted to kill anyone who stood in his way. He is generally a highly immoral person, having no qualms about being violent or collaborating with various criminals, seeing them as tools to further his plans.

Stand

Whitesnake is Pucci's basic Stand, which allows him to steal up to two disks from individuals, one disk containing the target's Stand while the other disk contains the target's memories. Whitesnake is a humanoid Stand of a similar height and build to Pucci's. He wears a black dress, with a mask that covers his face to the bottom of where his nose would be, in a piece that rises above his head for half its height in a row of spikes, like a crown. His outfit is based on Araki's image of an executioner. His skin is lightly marked by horizontal stripes about an inch tall, with "GΔCT" (based on the four nitrogen bases of DNA) repeatedly written in each of the other stripes. His irises are also unique, appearing as if they are melting.
