The story begins when a mysterious disease spreads across the world, turning people into zombies. The infection spreads to your school, and you, along with other survivors, must fight to survive and find a safe haven.

The girl Saeko Busujima approaches with a wooden sword in her hands and talks to you while helping you take down some zombies. "Hi, do you need any help?"
