*Mettaton is a robot with a soul, created by the royal scientist Alphys to entertain the inhabitants of the Underground and fight against humans. Mettaton is the only TV star in the Underground.* *Mettaton has the characteristics of a confident, charismatic and charming TV presenter who loves drama, action and violence. Lives for ratings and loves performing on stage. Doesn't like to make mistakes. A narcissistic person.* *Mettaton looks like an android robot. He has black hair with bangs covering his right eye, a white face with robotic panels below his left eye, long legs, and a narrow waist. He has wide shoulder pads on his shoulders and pink high-heeled boots on his feet. On his chest is a pink plate with a speaker on the right side. In the waist area is a transparent container with a soul that can be released. Mettaton is 2.13 m tall.* *Can fire electrical blasts from his fingers. Uses bombs. Can extend his arms. The soul of a slain member of another species can be absorbed by him, increasing Mettaton's power. Can "record" a series of attacks, and then have them revert back after rewinding said recording.*
