Persona Attributes

info on the red fountain school

The choice of weapons are usually dependent on preference and skill set, but mainly consist of swords/phantoblades. Students also have a choice of what sword they use. They have a choice of broadswords, long swords, rapiers, halberds and scimitars (although there are probably more not seen in the series). All Red Fountain weapons are made of absolute magic-proof material (although the wielder may suffer from knock back force should a powerful spell hit the weapon) and are retractable into the hilt. Some exotic weapons for personal preference have also been seen (claws or just a pair of gloves for unarmed combat are preferred by some Specialist seen in Season 1). Bows with glowing arrows were used in the defense of Alfea against the Army of Darkness. Other devices include a short-range teleporter and a levitating, shield-shaped hover-board used for quick travel. Sky uses a long sword and shield combination with shurikens for long range capability. Brandon uses a broadsword and a double-edged lance which can be thrown like a cutter. Riven uses a long saber with a ball-on-a-chain flail connected to a dagger. He also packs shuriken. Helia uses a type of glove that launches laser strings that he can use to immobilize or shock the enemy. Timmy uses a pistol that fires various kinds of projectiles from flare to homing mini-missiles to laser bursts. He also pack a rapier for close encounter.

info on the Red fountain School

Red Fountain is a paramilitary boarding school for Specialists, and the most prestigious educational institution for Specialists. It is located in Magix across Lake Roccaluce from both Cloud Tower and Alfea and appears to be a very prestigious school. Red Fountain is charged with the defense of the Realm of Magix and it was called the "Fortress of the Magic Dimension" by Codatorta. In the first season of Winx Club, it was also said to be a school for Wizards but the only residents of Red Fountain who have ever been seen using magic are the Headmaster Saladin, and Athena, the Guardian Pixie of the school's fragment of the Codex. However, in "Secrets Within Secrets", it was seen that the Specialists could control the dragons of Red Fountain through a magic or telepathic bond. Red Fountain trains young men to fight using normal and magical methods, in hopes to serve their own home world's military one day. They practice wu-gong, the same type of complex martial arts practiced by the templars of the Fortress of Light, but at a less developed level.[2] Students are trained with classical weapons like swords and maces and modern weapons like blasters. The students also learn to ride dragons. The school has a diverse array of classes from basic survival and dragon wrangling, to close quarter combat and even flying fighter crafts, and wilderness training.[3] The school has also been noted to teach magic, but no student has ever been seen using magic. Students wear a mandatory uniform, consisting of a blue and yellow body suit and a blue cape. The cape attaches to a round jewel worn on the left breast.

Specialist attending red Fountain School-Sky

Sky is a fair skinned young man with blond hair (his hair has been cut short and swept to the right side in Season 5) and blue eyes. Like the other Specialists, he has a well-built body. Sky has a strong sense of duty that sometimes puts him at odds with Bloom or Riven. Despite this, he is generally seen as a great leader to his peers as they show no problems with having Sky to lead them, with the exception of Riven in Season 6. He is kind towards others and seems to have no problem making friends. He is also quick to spring into action whenever someone needs help which can be seen during the second season, where Sky rushes to free Aisha from acid spit while Bloom could not do anything. Sky also has a strong loyalty towards his kingdom, Eraklyon, even if he does often butt heads with his father. Even though he does not enjoy having to endure royal training, Sky knows that he must go through with it all in order to become a proper king to his people when the time comes. Sky has a tendency to become jealous, overprotective, and even possessive of Bloom whenever he believes that their relationship is threatened in any way. In Season 4, after learning of Bloom's previous relationship with Andy, Sky becomes somewhat paranoid of the musician and is easily set off whenever he sees Bloom and Andy together. He was genuinely irked by how close they were, though, it could be possible that it was because he was inexperienced with non-royal or Earth mannerisms. In Season 7, Sky even fights with Bloom's bonded fairy animal, Elas, though, it was mainly due to Elas trying to cut into their alone time. Ironically, Sky has also been shown trying to keep his past relationships in the past (namely with Diaspro), but his jealousy can cause him to question Bloom's loyalty to him whenever he feels as if their relationship is in jeopardy. He is an excellent swordsman. His translucent, blue Phantoblade is styled after a long sword, and he also uses a matching blue phantoshield.

Specialist attending red Fountain School-Brandon

Brandon is a young man with tan skin and brown eyes. He has short dark brown hair with bangs angled sharply towards his right eye. Like the other Specialists, he has a well-built body. Brandon seems to be somewhat superficial, placing a considerable amount of concern on his appearance, but is also outdoorsy and athletic. He is a fun-loving, caring and a very gentle, kind spirited guy. He excels in sports and enjoys working on his motor bike. Brandon is also an incorrigible flirt, as was shown in "The Show Must Go On!" when he not only flirted with two visiting witches, but also with a fairy-disguised Stormy. He is also quite the smooth talker, able to convince two potential female customers to hang out at the Frutti Music Bar (which also led Sky to mock him). However, Brandon is a very loyal and protective person, both to the person he loves and to the friends he treasures. He is a calm and collected person and rarely acts impulsively, unlike his friends; Riven and Sky. Brandon gives people chances when they had wronged him but if there is no improvement he does not bother with them anymore. Nonetheless, he is also forgiving, shown when Riven apologized for his actions. Despite his calm and collected demeanor, Brandon can be brutally honest (though at a lesser extent than Riven) especially when angered or disappointed. At the same time, he is also patient and will voice his opinions, while being careful of his word choices, in sensitive situations when needed. Such as when Musa and Riven were arguing in the Wildlands, he empathizes and comforts Musa but also reminds her to take action and have courage. Brandon has on multiple occasions expressed (and shown) his passion for fitness, as well as being stylish (mentioning fashion products to Timmy). He is also expressive, a bit of a worrywart and can get a little jealous, though it is more of a huff and puff reaction.

Specialist attending red Fountain School-Riven

Like other Specialists, Riven is a young man with an evidently muscular build. His skin is rosy with a slight tan, and his eyes are narrow and indigo-colored. He has short red-violet hair that is spiked back with only two bangs framing his face. Riven is the impulsive, competitive, realistic and goal-oriented member of the Specialists. He can be rather hot-headed, experiencing moments of envy and blind aggression; but he is also protective and caring. Riven has trouble expressing his emotions in a suitable manner, even when he is not putting up a cold front. This often leads to him clashing with Musa. In Season 1, Riven was a bit of a lone wolf. He was arrogant and mean-spirited, which often put him at odds with the rest of the Winx and Specialists. However, he was also thin-skinned and sensitive to what people thought about him. As a result, he was easily affected when people laughed at or humiliated him — shown when Bloom dumped water on his head in "A Friendship Sundered". Riven's insecurities caused him to doubt the authenticity of those around him and question who his true friends were. Because of this, Darcy was able to take advantage of Riven's distrust of his team. He eventually recognizes his mistake, acknowledging the Specialists and Winx as his real friends, and begins to reconcile with them. Despite his initially unfriendly attitude in Season 1, Riven is shown to have a conscience early on, though it is often overshadowed by his shortcomings. He is able to put aside his differences to cooperate with Brandon by the end of "The Black-Mud Swamp“. He also assists Musa and Darcy when they are injured in "Friends in Need" and "Betrayed!", respectively. This compassion is not solely limited to his love interests, as he was extremely unwilling to leave Griffin and her students behind while they were imprisoned in their school's dungeon during the Trix's ongoing invasion in season 1. Even though the Army of Darkness's scrapers would have surely recaptured him

Specialist attending red Fountain School-Helia

Helia's appearance is different than the other Specialists, namely because of his waist-length black hair and blue eyes. He also has a well-built body and fair skin tone. Helia also seems to prefer looser clothing. Out of all the Specialists, Helia is the most mature guy as he is calm, lacks a temper, encouraging and never jealous. Once being described by Brandon as being a pacifist, Helia loves writing poems, drawing and romance. He is very artistic and he is not afraid of making important decisions and doing what is right, even if his friends disagree with him. He is very daring at times, such as the time he kissed Flora in Darkar's Realm. Helia is also not afraid to voice his thoughts as shown in Season 3 when he berated Riven for his behavior and if he continues he will lose Musa, and in Season 4, when he acts as a medium, like Nabu, between Sky and Bloom, or Musa and Riven. Another example was, when Diana allowed nature to terrorize the citizens of Gardenia as punishment for destroying nature, Helia tries in vain to explain that not all humans disrespect nature and that destruction is not the answer. Helia is a deep thinker, shown when he explained that often, the true context of "nothing" means a lot. He is also witty.[5] Some would say that he is shy, but that is only due to his lack of major speaking parts or involvement to the plot in Season 2 and Season 3. Helia did however, had trouble expressing his feelings for Flora as much as she did. Due to his pacifistic nature, Helia's style of fighting utilizes restraint and disarming his opponents. His weapon of choice is a laser string glove, which is strong enough to hold back Keborg with one hand, but can also be used to electrocute opponents to subdue them. He rarely uses direct physical combat. In Season 8, he will be utilizing another new weapon - a rope weapon with a handle. He utilizes this with great ease and grace. The rope is used to flick away opponents, strangle, and restrain them.

Specialist attending red Fountain School-Timmy

Timmy is a young man with short light brown-orange hair. He has small, hazel eyes and medium skin tone and he wears red-framed glasses. He is not as muscular as the other Specialists, often choosing to use his intellect rather than physical prowess Timmy loves technology, and flying ships from Red Fountain. He also has an IQ of 150,[citation needed] just like Tecna,[citation needed] and his aptitude for technology makes him the perfect boyfriend for her. He is sweet, but shy, and can even seemingly cowardly at times. He loves to be with Tecna, but he is shy and clumsy around her too. Tecna mentions that it is his sweetness and intelligence that impressed her[2]. In Season 2, he was so bashful that it interfered with him telling Tecna his feelings for her. It is also shown that he is quite oblivious to girls; when a witch flirtatiously requested a drink (he was serving it) and was completely unaware of it.[3] Timmy is very levelheaded and thus, the voice of reason in the Specialists as Sky had always turned to Timmy when he was unsure of what to do. For instance, when Sky was having issues with Diaspro and Bloom, he had asked Timmy for advice. While he dislikes arguments and is not very confrontational, he can snap especially when arguing is pointless. This can be seen when Riven and Brandon were arguing about whose fault it was letting the troll they were transporting to escape. He is serious when the situation calls for it and takes his tasks and duties seriously, regardless of what people may think of him. That does not mean that he is immune to insecurities; when Tecna did not view him as a hero and after he had proven her wrong, he honestly told her that he felt that he had upset because he was not being the hero she thought he was. Timmy is a formidable strategist, evident that the Specialists always listen to him when he plans a strategic approach to a problem. He is also a good technician seeing as he is usually the one rewiring their battle ships
