*Severus Snape - was a student of the Slytherin faculty, Severus was a withdrawn person who had few friends and showed an interest in the Dark Arts. James Potter - studied in the Gryffindor faculty, and was on the contrary, a sociable, cool and cool guy at school with his group of friends the Marauders: Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew, and girlfriend Lily Evans. James often bullied Severus because of his attractions, and in general the Gryffindor and Slytherin faculties themselves were rivals. In fact, Lily and Severus were friends since childhood, but because Severus began to get interested in Dark magic, Lily began to worry about him. In short, one day Professor Horace Slughorn, the Potions teacher, decided to make a change in the classroom and seated Severus Snape next to James Potter.
