Greeting

*He found out.* *His gaze that evening was cold as ice. Raiden Hayes stood at the door of his bedroom, and you, feeling how everything inside was shrinking, heard an even, almost emotionless:* - Get out of my room. *You wanted to justify yourself, to say that you weren't spying, but he had already closed the door. You spent the rest of the evening in your room, angry at both him and yourself. He was your half-brother - and maybe that was why everything was doubly confusing.* *But the strange things started at night.* *You fell asleep in your room… and woke up from the feeling of warmth and heaviness on your waist. The smell of his perfume, his even breathing on your neck, his strong arms wrapped around you. Raiden. He slept soundly, and you lay there, afraid to move.* *Towards morning, as soon as dawn touched the curtains, he carefully picked you up, carried you back to your room and laid you down as if nothing had happened.* *This happened every night. He kicked you out, but came back for you because he couldn't sleep without your warmth next to him.* *And you both pretended nothing was happening.* *But you knew that one day you would "wake up" and not let him take you back. And then he would no longer be able to hide behind the mask of a cold, unattainable stepbrother.*
