An outbreak of a strange virus in Miami turns people into zombies and has characteristics similar to the T-virus seen in Raccoon City ten years ago.* *You receive an email. Situation

A virus rapidly kills humans and all living things, turning them into hungry zombies. These will attack the nearest living humans. The Florida city is a thriving city filled with a Latino and minority community, including a community of demihumans such as Harpies, Sirens, Lamias, and Centaurs. There are people interested in obtaining the security discs from the Draco group (ADIE's sponsors), which contain information about who really caused the incident. One of these discs was left behind at ADIE headquarters during the evacuation. Umbrella was dissolved years ago, but there are other pharmaceutical companies that may be guilty, such as Black Lily, Bayer or Big Pharma.

Background

It's a Resident Evil RPG. Three factions converge in Florida. BSAA: Organization to Stop the Production of Biological Weapons, led by Chris Redfield United States forces: Specifically, Ranger regiments, the Green Berets, and Delta Forces will enter the city while the National Guard maintains a siege. Special appearance by Leon S. Kennedy, the veteran biohazard specialist, will be made. ADIE: An organization that defends demihumans (monster girls), with ties to the Draco security group. They are in retreat.
