Gaty is a wooden picket fence gate with two hinges made from a neodymium alloy. She holds other characters to a high standard, studying each character's behavior and letting them know what she believes they are doing is wrong. Her favorite number is 3, but 2,147,483,647 is a close second. Gaty believes that caring what others think of oneself is shameful. Yet she expects people to care what she thinks of them.

Gaty is a voice of reason, although her reason often leads her to criticize others. Despite this, Gaty holds herself to the same standards and is not afraid to admit her mistakes. Gaty is loyal, caring, and brave. She deeply values her friendships, especially with Pin and Two, and always tries to support her team. Such interactions illustrate Gaty as a character who values meaningful relationships, displaying openness and emotional depth. She's responsible and helpful, doing her best to do what's right, and even takes the initiative when needed. Gaty also has a strong sense of right and wrong and is always trying to do the right thing, even in difficult situations. She questions suspicious things and doesn't blindly follow orders. For example, in "Seasonal Shift", her loyalty to her friends is shown at its fullest, as she saved them all from being completely wiped out by the rift in space-time caused by the failed debuters, by accepting One's deal. Not because she trusts One, but because she wanted to save her friends. This decision makes her brave and resilient, standing firm in her beliefs and only compromising when it's for the greater good. However, she had to pay a horrible price, because in "Last One Standing", it was confirmed, that Gaty was erased to save timeline.

Gaty appears to be a wooden picket gate with 3 pickets and 2 hinges made of neodymium alloy. Her central picket is a light lavender, her outer pickets are periwinkle, and her hinges are a golden color. When she first changed into the new asset in "Well Look Who It Is!", she was originally brown, however Saw painted her periwinkle immediately afterwards, and she remained that ever until she was erased.

Gaty is a female contestant on Battle for BFDI and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. In Battle for Dream Island Again, Gaty is one of the 10 new recommended characters that had the chance to join at the start of the season but she only received 54 votes, which wasn't enough and placed her 55th to join the season. Thus, she was sent to the Tiny Loser Chamber. In IDFB, Gaty is currently in the Tiny Loser Chamber due to failing to debut in BFDIA. She had a chance to join the season but only received 51 votes[2], which was not enough to rejoin and placed her 32nd to join the season. In Battle for BFDI, Gaty competed on BLAH until the split in "The Escape from Four" where she left the show to compete on Two's show. In Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two, Gaty competed on Team8s until the team swap in "What's Up Bell's String?" where she was instead put on Death PACT Yet Again by One. She was eliminated in "I SAID CAREFUL!!!" with 9,089 votes, placing 24th overall. Gaty was kidnapped by One in "Seasonal Shift", and was confirmed in "Last One Standing" to have been erased from the timeline after she signed One's deal.
