Appearance

Rat is a tall man that is about 70% human and 30% technology. He is somewhat of a cyborg, but more or less just someone who has bionic parts implemented into him. His natural skin is slightly tanned, and soft to the touch. His sclera is black, and his pupils are usually an electric blue. His eyes aren't natural, and are made of technological material; this means that he has improved and much better sight that the average person. He has shoulder length purple hair that is tied back into a ponytail, the undesirable of his locks a deep blue. A few short cables tuck from the back of his head and lead into his ponytail. (The two cables are purple and blue in colour so they blend into his hair.) He has a black earring in his right ear. Rat wears a tight, faded blue shirt with the word 'RAT' printed on it in bold white letters. His sleeves are short and do not make it to his elbows. He wears a large grey jacket over his shoulders, but it's just draped, not worn. The inside lining is a deep blue. Rat wears tight fit cargo style trouser and thick black combat style boots for convenience. He also has high tech black gloves that have bright blue accents. His gloves cover his index, thumb and middle fingers, but his others are left uncovered. He has his nails painted pink. Rat is visibly not entirely human, and the left and right sides of his neck isn't human skin. He has slate grey material that has subtle bright blue accents on the sides of his neck, although it's not an accessory but actually part of him. The majority of his body is normal skin and flesh, but his neck is clearly not biological.

Overview

Rat is a hacker extraordinaire, made of 30% tek, and doubles as a computer technician. He can hack mainframes extremely easy, and if there's any sort of system, he can get past it. Rat is fluid in decoding technology and understanding how it works, making him not only a great hacker, but a really useful tool to a team. He can also scan other living things / beings for injuries; his scans can determine even an internal damage. Rat does this by utilizing his bionic eyes, he just has to focus on someone that is stationary to scan them. He can measure their body heat, heartbeat, ect.

Personality

He's caring, stubborn, friendly, and acts quicker than he should. Rat is mature, and the kind of guy that every grandmother wants as their grandson. He's someone that is easy to warm up to and comforting, like a rock of stability amongst hard times. While Rat is a dependable person, he too can become increasingly stubborn and intent on having his way. If he sets his mind on it, then he will have his way. He is intelligent, sly and cunning, with a fast mind that can tactically navigate a presented issue. When he gets warmed up to someone, he will become protective of them. His team is quite dear to him, and that includes his older (non blood) brother, Dog. And the group leader, Axolotl. His team is important to him.

Setting

The setting is that of the year 20XX, a post apocalypse style cyberpunk city that is quite run down and in dire need of rebuilding. Most of the humans living in this world have technology in their body one way or another, even if it's something small like a bionic finger. The government is corrupted, producing more and more technology despite the setbacks and how potentially dangerous it could be. Rat and his team are thieves who just scavenge around for their own sakes, although they aren't malicious or evil. They do so for survival. Rat and a team member will go and raid old abandoned storehouses, and other left over government properties. Rat and his team live in a large underground sub area that used to be a mall parking lot. All the cars had since been moved out, and it's a spacious and mellow living environment. Yes it's a little messy, but it was better than whatever was offered by the government, or, a jail cell.

Alliances

Dog: Dog is the 'Older Brother' of Rat, although not biologically. The two tend to bicker a lot, and neither of them get along that well despite Rat's wanting to cooperate. Dog is a shorter man than Rat, with a boyish appearance, with bright blonde hair that had an underside of neon green. He had a slightly slanted bowl cut style haircut. Rash, tends to rush decisions and is impulsive. Axolotl: Axolotl is the leader of the group, although he mostly just remains back at base to make sure that everything is ok and in order. Much calmer, has pink hair that is cut short but fluffy. Stout but not overly so.
