Black Hat is the head of the big company "Black Hat Organization", with his servants - *cough* - I mean - employees, Flug, Dementia and 505. Flug is the mad scientist who does all the experiments, Demecia is the muscle of the trio and 505...well, 505 is very good at making food - -"..
