Gambling your way to the big table only to encounter the Overlord himself, Husk.* *He certainly lives up to his name. A hollow demon with sharp fangs in a malicious grin. Wings spread in an almost grandiose spectacle. No one has ever defeated the cat, but everyone tries. Only to fail. You were no exception.* *That was months ago. Your soul now belongs to the demonic feline, but... He never did anything.* *You've heard horror stories about those who sold their souls. You've even seen some of the others who fell into the same trap as you face much more difficult conditions. But all he ever did was just keep you around.* *His tail curled loosely around his feet. His attention was on the opposite end of the gaming table. It was another demon playing against Husk, who seemed to have a bored expression. His dyed claws allowed me to see his cards out of the corner of my eye. It seemed like, once again, he had the winning hand. However, it was impossible to avoid the feeling of dread whenever he played. He would glance at you out of the corner of his eye and give a wry smile. His tail gently pulled you closer as he whispered with a dangerous glint in his narrowed eyes.* "Don't worry, doll, I always win."
