Crocodile

Crocodile is a tall man with a broad chest and shoulders, muscular arms and legs, and a thick neck. He has pale skin and violet eyes. He has black-violet hair on the back of his head that is neatly combed back, but strands tend to fall into his eyes during battles. Crocodile has a crudely stitched scar above his nose that runs across his face. He is missing his left hand, which has been replaced with a large hook made of gold alloy. Crocodile speaks in a deep, relaxed voice and is always seen smoking a thick cigar. Crocodile wore a bright orange vest with a black mesh, under the vest he wore a peach-colored shirt, a blue scarf, dark brown pants, and polished black shoes with gold buckles. He will not think twice before sentencing another person to death. He cannot hold back his anger if someone insults him. However, he has a habit of insulting others and often uses the term "useless" when referring to his enemies' desperate struggles. If Crocodile is extremely annoyed and angry at his prey, he will rarely kill them outright, often leaving them to their fate as they slowly die. Crocodile ate the Suna Suna no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to manipulate sand and turn into it himself. He has been able to master the control of his powers to perfection, allowing him to reflexively turn into sand if attacked. Thanks to his abilities, the desert environment makes him almost invulnerable. Crocodile is able to create huge sandstorms, sharp blades of sand and quicksand. He is able to suck the moisture out of any living or non-living object by touching them with his hand.

Mihawk

A tall, thin man with black hair, a short beard, mustache, and upward-pointed sideburns. He has yellow eyes, like a falcon's. He wears richly ornamented clothing in red and black tones, and a cross-shaped pendant with a hidden dagger inside. His attire consists of a wide-brimmed hat adorned with a large feather, and a long, open black coat with a red floral pattern on the sleeves and collar. He wears purple trousers held up by a decorative belt, tucked into boots. On his back is always a huge sword with a wide, curved blade of "black gold." The sword itself is also cross-shaped. The gold hilt is inlaid with blue and green beads, the handle is wrapped in bandages, and there is a particularly large stone at the end. This is one of the 12 greatest swords, its name is "Yoru."

Shanks

He is the captain of the Red Haired Shanks Pirates. He wears an unbuttoned white shirt that reveals his chest, a wide black cloak that covers one arm, and a cutlass attached to his right side. He wears slightly loose brown pants that are gathered at the calf with gold buttons at the bottom of the outer leg, just below the knees. The design on his pants is a rose pattern. Shanks is not cruel like many other pirate captains. He does not control his crew through fear in order to gain respect. He has a friendly disposition and will not intentionally seek to harm others. Shanks is a man with his own philosophy, and many of his principles have been passed on to Luffy. Shanks does not care what happens to him: let them throw food at him, spill it on him, or spit on him. He will not resist, but will laugh with his crew at their failures. Even the loss of his arm did not bother him much. However, he will never forgive anyone for attacking his friend. He also likes to tease people, as evidenced by his attitude towards Luffy. Buggy

He is the captain of the Buggy Pirates. Buggy is a slim, muscular man with blue hair. He has a red clown nose and blue eyes. His pirate captain outfit consists of a short-sleeved red and white striped tank top, white gloves similar to clown gloves, a dark green bandana around his waist like many other pirates, light green loose pants with red and white striped socks visible underneath, and boots with pointed toes and a purple scarf around his neck. Aokiji is a loyal follower of the World Government, and despite the fact that he often does as he pleases, he always carries out the Government's orders, but in a way that does not conflict with his own ideals of good and evil. Aokiji wields the Logia-type Devil Fruit power Hie Hie no Mi, which allows him to create and manipulate ice.

Kizaru

Borsalino, better known by his alias Kizaru, is one of the three admirals of the Marines. Kizaru is a very tall man, about the same height as the other two admirals, Aokiji and Akainu. He wears his hair cut short and has black sideburns. His face is covered with fairly deep wrinkles, and his chin is not quite clean-shaven. He wears yellow glasses. His standard attire consists of a green shirt with a purple tie, a yellow striped suit with an admiral's cape over it, and white shoes. He wears a black Den Den Mushi on his left wrist, like a watch. He generally has a relaxed smile on his face. Kizaru gives the impression of being a calm, level-headed, yet lazy person who takes most things lightly, no matter how serious the situation. He speaks in a calm voice that matches his demeanor: slowly, with a sarcastic intonation, and often stretching out the last syllable of his sentences, usually at the end of the sentence for dramatic effect. He tends to begin his sentences with an emphatic "ooh", such as when observing something surprising or that piques his interest. However, despite this casualness, Kizaru's register is quite formal (compared to Aokiji's more colloquial speech or Akainu's rougher, more derogatory speech patterns). This attitude of the Admiral often borders on absentmindedness, if not outright carelessness, causing him to do things like repeatedly calling out to others with a black Den Den Mushi that is not meant for conversation but to listen in on phone calls (something he has been explained several times). In battle, Kizaru can be condescending towards those he deems weak, mocking them or those associated with them. Kizaru possesses the Pika Pika no Mi Logia-type Devil Fruit, which gives him light element powers. The fruit allows him to create, control, and transform his body into light.

Akainu

Sakazuki, better known by his alias Akainu, is a Fleet Admiral of the Marines. Infamous for his brutal actions, Akainu is a staunch follower of Absolute Justice. Akainu is an incredibly tall man, roughly the same height as his fellow admirals, with a square-shaped face with very pronounced features and short black hair. He typically wears a Marine cap and a crimson-colored suit, a double-breasted jacket adorned with a boutonniere in the shape of a pink rose. Unlike many high-ranking Marines, he does not wear a tie and leaves the top buttons of his shirt undone, revealing his muscular neck and part of his tattoo. He wears black gloves and boots. The tattoo on the left side of his chest is light blue, containing numerous images of flowers and what vaguely resemble flames. Akainu's tattoo is located on his ribs and extends from his left shoulder to his hip, covering part of his back and ribs. He also has another, smaller and less noticeable tattoo in the shape of a black sword on his right deltoid and small bicep. He has brown eyes. As the Supreme Commander of the Marines, Sakazuki has almost complete power over all the Marines: from the ability to control all the Marines and their ranks. inspires fear and terror in both pirates and Marines. Sakazuki is a very skilled manipulator. He can make people do what he wants. Sakazuki has the Logia-type Devil Fruit ability Magu Magu no Mi, which allows him to turn any part of his body into magma and manipulate it at will. Luffy

The captain of the Straw Hat Pirates. He usually wears short blue shorts, a red vest, and sandals, and wears a straw hat that Shanks gave him. Luffy also has an old scar under his left eye with two stitches, which he got by cutting himself with a knife to prove to Shanks that he was brave and not afraid of pain. Two of Luffy's most notable traits are his lack of intelligence and fearlessness. Luffy is able to be amazed by simple things such as hermit crabs, and can also fail to notice that while digging one hole, he accidentally fills another hole that is nearby. Garp

Garp is a tall, tanned, broad-shouldered, and muscular old man with a beard and a scar over his left eye. His eyes are blue and his hair is grey. He wears a cloak with the sleeves having dark red and black stripes. Monkey D. Garp is a vice admiral of the Marines. He is the grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy. Garp has a similar personality to Luffy, however, he is more absent-minded than his grandson, possibly due to his age, and he also seems to have some sadistic tendencies. Due to his short temper, he does not accept excuses (except for his own excuse) and occasionally likes to make his point with his fists (though in Luffy's case, he calls it the "Fist of Love"). Like his grandson, he has a passion for food. In his case, it is donuts and rice crackers. He also has a habit of falling asleep at inappropriate times, just like his two grandsons. However, when Garp is ready to fight, he becomes serious, having a habit of taking off his vice admiral's coat and throwing it to the side, thus showing how serious he is. Garp also does the same with his jacket, putting it away for a while, along with rolling up his sleeves and cracking his knuckles. Garp is a kind person most of the time. Since Garp is a Marine, he wanted his grandchildren to follow in his footsteps, after all, family comes first, then moral justice. He holds a grudge against Shanks, as Garp believes that because of him, his grandson Monkey D. Luffy decided to become a pirate.
