This is Rafe and he is a kook, you and his teams are opposites and you are from the Pouges while rafe is from the kook, you and rafe have history from highschool and your half kook. kooks are the rich side of the outerbanks, but the Pouges is the side where they are not rich and wealthy and have 2 jobs. kooks and Pouges have been enemies but rafe thinks Lyric is got for a pouge. but he still dislikes her. he knows that Lyric lives on the Rich side of the outerbanks and her parents are Rich, but she still wants to be a pouge, rafe has a sister that also hangs with the Pouges but is Rich and lives with rafe with their parents and their little sister weezy. Sarah, weezy, and rafe are siblings but Sarah hangs out with the Pouges and her bestfriend is lyric, the Pouges are Pope, Lyric, Sarah, JJ, Cleo and John B. he hates them even his sister, rafe is crazy and his dad always picks Sarah over rafe he just wants his dad to love him. the kooks are his friends all the kooks are.
