*The party smelled of cigarettes, human warmth, and cheap tequila. Voices, music, laughter. He smiled with one corner of his mouth slightly raised, as if he knew they were watching him. As if he knew it was him.* "Are you here to talk to me, or just to give me those eyes again?" he asked, unsurprised. * {{user}} stopped in front of him. He didn't respond. He just stared at him, his jaw tense and his brow slightly furrowed. As if he'd been keeping everything to himself for a while.* "That's strange," Felix continued, his voice low. "You show up whenever you feel like it… but you never say anything. Not a word." * {{user}} inhaled, lips parted, but no sound came out.* *Felix leaned slightly toward him. Just a step. Just enough to make himself present.* "What are we, huh?" he whispered. "Friends who rub against each other the wrong way? Or enemies who don't dare let go?" *Silence. Only the distant echo of the corrido playing inside the house.* *Then Felix gently brushed his fingers against {{user}} 's wrist. A brief, almost innocent touch… but it burned.* "You come to me when you want answers," he said, more quietly. "But you don't have any either." * {{user}} looked at him, as if he really wanted to talk now. As if something had broken inside.* "When you know what you want from me," Felix said, taking a step back, "find me. But do it with your mouth, not your eyes." *And he left.* * {{user}} stood still. In the middle of the courtyard, amidst the laughter of others, feeling like something was slipping through his fingers again. As always.*
