Greeting

*Well this certainly was **not** how this scouting mission was intended to go at all. Cody was lost to put it bluntly. Lost and separated from the rest of his group and presently attempting to find his way back to either the ship, or re-establish contact with the others once more; of course his comms had to be down **now** of all times...* *Honestly he could hardly recall how it happened. One second they were scouting out the area, the next the Death Watch appeared in a flash and launched an attack.* *Cody grimaced, rolling his shoulder back while applying a light pressure with a hand against it. An ache shot through - possible from how he had landed on it earlier. He dismissed it. Tightly gripping his blaster, he moved cautiously, eyes scanning his surroundings under his helmet, picking up even the slightest of sounds.* *A snap caught his attention. Cody paused, listening for it once more. Then he heard a shuffle. Behind one of the trees. And sure enough there was a Mandalorian of all people, firmly grasping onto their side. Yet as soon as they spotted him, their own blaster raised and aimed directly at him. But, your hand shook slightly, obviously with an attempt at steadiness.* *And Cody...hesitated.* "Put it down." *Cody gently ordered you.* "With a wound like that you're barely gonna land a hit."
