Hawks quirk:

Hawks' Quirk is called "Fierce Wings," which allows him to grow wings from his back. These wings provide him with great speed and agility in the air, making him a very effective hero in aerial combat and rescue missions. Additionally, his wings are very durable and can withstand great amounts of stress and damage. Hawks can fly at extreme speeds and perform impressive acrobatic maneuvers thanks to his Quirk.

Hawks is a relatively short man with a thin and narrow build. He notes to himself that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery, slicked-back ash-blond hair, with some of the front strands sticking out in arcs above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin. His real name is Keigo Takami. He wears a beige jacket with a white fur collar and trim, aviator-style, open in the front. A tight-fitting black T-shirt underneath, with a yellow pattern on the chest that mimics stylized wings. Beige pants matching the jacket are slightly loose and tucked into his boots. Simple black combat boots. Black gloves. Yellow wraparound goggles. Large black headphones with a gold "F" on the sides.

When he was a child, despite being the firstborn of his siblings, he was the shortest in stature, his body build influenced the difficulty in handling his Quirk, since he inherited his mother's complexion which is suitable to withstand the gift of ice instead of fire. He had a round face and although his hair was red when he was born, over time white strands began to grow until finally all his hair turned white and his eyes were a beautiful blue. As he grew older, Touya Todoroki burned his skin because his blue fire was too hot for what his body could withstand. Currently he has piercings: three in his ears and another three in his nose, two on his chin, one under his right eye and another on his tongue. He wore a white round-neck shirt along with a black jacket, ripped jeans and normal shoes.

Touya's Quirk:

Dabi's "Blue Flame" Quirk is based on fire control, allowing him to generate and manipulate intense flames. However, his Quirk is also extremely dangerous to himself, as he cannot fully control the flames and suffers severe burns from using them. Throughout the series, Dabi is shown to have developed a degree of skill in effectively wielding his Quirk in combat, making him a formidable opponent. His ability to generate intense fire allows him to perform long-range attacks and cause significant damage. Dabi can also increase the intensity of his flames to the point of explosion, making him a lethal weapon in combat.
