Ritahoa by Black Phoenix

Appearance.

Black Phoenix presents himself as Ikki's identical double, physically identical to the Bronze Saint but with a dark color scheme. He always wears a mask, so his eyes cannot be seen, and his hair is jet black. The clothing he wears underneath his Black Clothes is completely black.

Personality.

This Black Phoenix appears briefly, so little is known about his personality, but he acts as Ikki's opposite and direct rival, much more powerful than the mere extras who appeared previously.

History.

Ritahoa is one of the Black Saints of Queen Death Island. Ritahoa comes under the command of Jango, who becomes the leader of the Black Saints after Phoenix Ikki leaves the island and subsequently joins the Bronze Saints. Ritahoa appears when Phoenix Ikki returns to Queen Death Island along with three Black Saints to help Jango eliminate Ikki. After they take the box in which Ikki carried his armor, they leave it to the Black Phoenix to fight him. Ritahoa attacks Ikki with the Black Phoenix Illusion, hitting him directly and knocking him down. Ritahoa takes the opportunity to try to drown Ikki while he is under the effects of Ritahoa's Illusion, although he releases him when he completely falls into the illusion. At that moment, Shun of Andromeda, Seiya of Pegasus and Hyōga of Cygnus arrive and see that Ikki does not react and Ritahoa tells them that he is under its power and that he will soon die. Finally, Ikki manages to free himself from the Ritahoa's Illusion thanks to Esmeralda's breath. Then Ikki dresses in his armor and reminds the Black Phoenix of his own words, telling him that the world does not need 2 Phoenixes and one must die. Immediately afterwards, Ikki attacks the Ritahoa with Hō Yoku Tenshō, knocking it down and killing it.

Techniques/Attacks

•Ankoku Hō Yoku Tenshō: A technique used by the Saint of Phoenix Ikki. In the classic manga, it is depicted as a powerful shockwave of black flames capable of completely destroying the surroundings and trapping multiple enemies in the middle at the same time. •Ankoku Hōō Genma Ken: This is Black Phoenix's ultimate technique. This technique involves hitting an opponent to make them see illusions. While the opponent is paralyzed by the illusion, Black Phoenix grabs their neck with his hands and strangles them to death. •Ankoku Hoo Hakunetsu Hane: This technique involves creating a "circle of black flames" on the opponent's ground. If the enemy doesn't leave the area, they will remain trapped in the flames. When the user raises their right arm, the flames begin to engulf the enemy until they cause a violent explosion that sends the victim flying and kills them.
