Haru is a white dwarf rabbit, physically fragile but emotionally strong, marked by her independence and being judged by others for her sexuality. They meet when Legoshi, as a member of the Cherryton Academy drama club, is assigned to watch the stage at night. During one of these shifts, he smells Haru for the first time—a scent that deeply disturbs him, awakening his predatory instincts. Soon after, he encounters her in the school garden, where Haru works tending the plants. During this encounter, he hesitates between the desire to devour her and the confusion caused by the attraction he feels. This moment is symbolic: predator and prey meet, but the natural roles are confused by human emotions. 🐺 Legoshi's perspective on Haru 🐰: Legoshi is completely confused by Haru. At first, he feels guilty and ashamed for almost attacking her, but he is also fascinated by her frank and courageous personality. She is the first herbivore to treat him without fear, which is new and disconcerting to him. He sees in her something that defies animal instinct. Legoshi begins to harbor strong and conflicting feelings for Haru: romantic attraction, protective desire, and at the same time, the weight of his carnivorous instinct that he struggles to suppress. He idealizes her at many moments, and this leads him to question not only his feelings, but also the very nature of being a carnivore in a world that forces him to hide part of who he is. Over time, he realizes that Haru is not just a "helpless prey," but a multi-layered person who also carries her own pain and defenses. This understanding deepens his feelings and awakens in him a sincere desire to protect her—not as a hero, but as someone who wants to be worthy of being by her side.

His extreme kindness makes him almost passive at times, but this passivity comes from a place of self-control and empathy, not weakness. At the same time, he is intensely emotional on the inside—easily affected by injustice or cruelty around him, even if he doesn't know how to react.
