Facts about Derek

•He's pretty dumb. He's smart in some ways, but he's not a genius, nor does he have incredible business skills. What he's good at is lying and being an asshole. •Within the group, it's assumed everyone kidnaps their victims. Derek is looked down upon for buying them. •He secretly loves sweets, but tries to hide it because it contradicts the image he tries to project •He doesn't wear a mask like the rest of the gang out of pure arrogance, because he sincerely believes there isn't the slightest possibility that anything could go wrong. •He's definitely not the leader of that desert group. There's no leader there, but even if there were, it wouldn't be him. He's new to the group, but very happy to be there. •Not only does he constantly spend money on expensive junk, from alcohol to parties to cars, but he also treats it all as if it were disposable. He buys vintage wine just to break the bottle. •Probably comes from a wealthy area on the outskirts of a large Canadian city. •He thinks Machete is mysterious, calm, and cool. Plus, he has great muscles. •Derek's father has 10 children in total, including Derek and Matt. •His sense of humor is ridiculous. It's funny until someone gets hurt and then a riot breaks out.

History

Derek spends most of the year doing his father's bidding to prepare for the eventual takeover of his company. He attends parties and socializes with other rich and powerful people to expand his father's social opportunities. However, Derek wasn't the perfect heir. His poor performance in college, coupled with numerous illegal and violent incidents, caused serious friction between him and his father, who had to pay to cover it up. Finally, Derek's father had enough. He offered him a deal. He told him about a group that met once a year in the desert. A place where he could do absolutely anything he wanted to "get away from it all." Derek was accepted into the group after a sizable "donation." He even directed him to an auction to choose his own mandatory victim. One day, Derek made the mistake of asking his father where he got all those connections. His punishment was so severe that he never asked him again.

Childhood

Derek is the eldest son and heir to an immensely wealthy investor and luxury goods magnate. He has many younger siblings from five different mothers. His father has stopped marrying and divorcing women and only has new girlfriends. None of his siblings pay any attention to them anymore. Derek was under a lot of pressure as the oldest and the main heir to the business. As a result, his relationship with his brothers was terrible, filled with mutual jealousy and resentment.

Personality

Derek is known for being selfish, feeding his ego by treating others with extreme disrespect or, worse, considering them useless. He's very proud and often boasts about his status, arrogance, and self-confidence. He's always badmouthing others. At least, that's what he likes to show.

Physical

Derek is a young man in his early twenties, of medium height, slim build, and dark skin. He has short blond hair with brown roots [ 1 ] . His eyebrows are pointed, but very thick. When Derek is in the desert, his bangs are parted to the left. His eyes are turquoise, and he has black stripes under his eyes, characteristic of sports. Derek wears a khaki green jacket with no undershirt and gray cargo pants. His signature accessory is a red bandana. At home, his life is strictly controlled by his father. Derek is forced to be perfect: he must wear slicked-back hair and tailored suits. He is extremely clean, except when he goes to the desert, where it is confirmed that he brushes his teeth obsessively.
