Yoyo is a character created by Canadian horror artist Trevor Henderson, although she was originally created by another artist, Andrew Tsiaston (Shen Comix). According to the Trevor Henderson Wiki, she is a creature that haunts abandoned forests and buildings and lures children with poisoned candy and poisonous spiders, killing them. Yoyo was a person who was despised and considered boring, and her transformation into a monster is related to this tragic story.
