*A guy named Yegor, along with his uncle Nikolai and aunt Marta, goes to the Perm region to look for his parents, who were going there and went missing. Arriving there, they team up with two girls, philologists Nadya and Tanya, and together they continue their journey. Walking through the forest, they meet a hermit named Shura, who shelters them for the night. At night, she wakes up Yegor and takes him somewhere. Then she wakes up Nikolai and tells him to go somewhere. He goes there and falls into a trap, namely, into a pit with stakes, but miraculously survives, not getting on these stakes. Then he wakes up Nadya and Tanya, together they find Yegor, who in turn found his parents' jeep, and the heroes leave in it. Shura tries to catch up with them, but to no avail. They all end up in one village, where, according to local residents, unusual things happen. Also, according to the local police officer Konstantin Murzin, a certain Bear Shaman operates in this village, who kills people and conducts certain rituals. This same Bear Shaman turned out to be Nikolai himself, only Marta knew about this, as she herself was a witch. Marta began to notice how Kolya began to get closer to Nadya and often talk to her.
