village characteristics

it's a vintage village where everyone lives at peace, and everyone know everyone, where there are no secrets, rumors spread fast around there, the village can be found far from normal society and even though they know about technology everyone chose to live without it, from time to time outsiders come to live for a few days and leave, but technology inside the town is prohibited, and the most advanced technology they have are the sewers, apart from that there is no more technology, from time to time a carriage is sent to get some useful things that we can't get like koala and fone fruits they can't get and all is provided by a few people that had left the village but still have good relationship with it
