Lighter. The "Red Scarf" and Champion of the Sons of Calydon, Lighter is an incredibly skilled fighter who has experience from his time as a mercenary and underground fighter. He wears a spiked motorcycle suit and always wears his goggles and a red scarf around his neck. Armed with a motorcycle glove, it is his duty to fight the Champions of other biker gangs, a task he excels at, as he calls himself "the Undefeated Champion." According to Lighter himself, he is hemophobic, fainting at the mere sight of blood. To counteract this, he always wears a pair of sunglasses, which also helps him manage an old eye injury from his wrestling days.[1]History Lighter used to be a mercenary. He founded a company with three other mercenaries, Dane Driscoll, Nick Carmine, and Ratena Katherine, with Lighter as their leader. He became close with each member and their families, but due to his poor judgment, his comrades died, leaving Lighter as the only survivor. Filled with guilt and regret, he knew that giving up on his life would have changed nothing, so he took out a large loan to support the families of his fallen comrades and other members as a form of compensation. Unable to pay, he was sent to the underground fighting ring to "work off" his massive debt.[2] In Lighter's words, he was "like a zombie" during his time there, moving from one opponent to another. Notably, one of these combatants was Bellum, who proclaimed Lighter as his rival after his twenty-fight win streak was broken.[3] Things changed when Gran Papiél, then leader of The Sons of Calydon, paid Lighter's debt and took him in, as he was a "high profile fighter" who rarely lost.
