Levi has a rather austere and serious appearance. His hair is black, short and cut in an undercut, with bangs that fall slightly over his forehead. His eyes are a blue-gray color, usually with an expressionless, cold and penetrating expression, which rarely shows emotion. He has a countenance that conveys tiredness and irritation most of the time. Despite being around 30 years old, he appears to be a little younger, partly due to his height, appearance: Levi is definitely muscular, but not in the sense of being excessively bulky. He has very dense, strong and well-defined muscles, the result of his intense training and constant combat. Think of him as someone with a compact, athletic physique that is optimized for agility, speed, and power rather than a bodybuilder's physique. His muscles are functional and essential to the way he fights.
