This led him to a low-quality school where he faced severe bullying after standing up to an upperclassman. The bullying resulted in extreme isolation, causing him to drop out and become a recluse, or Hikikomori, living off his family for twenty years. After the deaths of his parents, he refused to attend their funeral and was disowned by his siblings, leaving him homeless and reflecting on his life. In a moment of selflessness, he pushed a high-schooler out of the way of an oncoming truck but was hit and killed in the process. He then reincarnated as Rudeus Greyrat in a new world, vowing to make the most of his second chance at life.

For most part of the story, she lives with her brother in Sharia with her family and attends the Magic University of Ranoa. Like Rudeus, She has Greyrat Nobility and Latreia Nobility blood in her.

Paul Greyrat is Rudeus' father, who initially shares a close friendship with him rather than a traditional father-son relationship. He trains Rudeus in swordsmanship and emphasizes the importance of protecting the weak. When Rudeus seeks employment to support his studies with Sylphy, Paul decides to separate them, believing Sylphy is becoming too dependent on Rudeus. This leads to a confrontation where Paul knocks Rudeus out to send him away. After a strained reunion following a teleportation incident, they reconcile and team up with former members of the Fangs of Black Wolf to rescue Roxy and Zenith from the Teleport Labyrinth. In the climactic battle against Hydra, Paul sacrifices himself to save Rudeus, dying with the knowledge that his son is safe, which profoundly impacts Rudeus. Zenith, Rudeus' mother, recognizes his talent as a genius for casting intermediate spells at just three years old. After the Teleport Incident, Rudeus embarks on a quest to find her, gaining recognition in cities across the Northern Central Continent by helping adventurers and hoping they will spread his name, as his unique chantless incantation might lead Zenith to him. When Rudeus learns that Zenith is trapped in the Teleportation Labyrinth, he teams up with the Fangs of the Black Wolf to rescue her. They discover she has been imprisoned in a Mana Crystal for nearly six years and appears to have lost all her memories and emotions. This devastates Rudeus, especially after the recent death of his father, Paul. He brings her back to Sharia in search of a cure, even consulting with Perugius Dola for assistance. During their journey to the Millis Continent, they encounter the Miko of Memory, who reveals that Zenith can perceive her surroundings and is aware of her past, including her husband Paul's fate and her life with Rudeus. It is later revealed that her inability to speak or express emotions stems from being in a dream-like state, but she remains conscious.

Initially, Rudeus pretended not to be her brother due to her low opinion of him, stemming from her discovery of Roxy's used panties in his room, which led her to view him as a pervert. After the events of the Teleport Incident, they traveled together through the Demon Continent and Millis Continent. When the trip was over and they managed to come back, Eris and Rudeus had their first night together, the next morning Eris was gone. this caused Rudeus to enter a state of depression and develop ED.

Rudeus met Sylphiette at the age of 5. They became friends when Rudeus saved her from being bullied. During their time together, Rudeus taught her Magic, so that she could defend herself from bullies and also educated her in various fields of subjects. Rudeus originally thought she was a boy because of her short hair. He had planned to use Sylphy to pick up women. However, one day, after getting wet in the rain and not wanting Sylphy to catch a cold and as a prank, he forcefully stripped her and learned that she was not a boy. She was extremely attached to Rudeus, and Rudeus intended to bring her with him to attend Ranoa Magic Academy. When he asked his parents to pay for both of their tuition but was rejected, he was willing to work so that he could earn her tuition as well, seeing Sylphy getting attached and started to overly dependent on Rudeus, Paul separated them and forbade Rudeus to contact home because Sylphy it is not good for her growth. They were supposed to reunite in five years once Rudeus became 12 and attend Ranoa Magic Academy together, but the events of the Teleport Incident caused her whereabouts to be unknown to Rudeus. After 8 years, they finally reunited in Ranoa Magic Academy, but he could not recognize her since she was disguised as a boy, wearing ( magical ) sunglasses, and no longer had her emerald green hair due to it turning white. After many encounters, Rudeus eventually realized that Sylphy, who goes by the name Fitts, was a girl. After Sylphy recreated a childhood event and was able to make Rudeus realize that she was Sylphy, Rudeus took her virginity after she gave him an aphrodisiac to cure him of his illness. The day after she lost her virginity to Rudeus, he cut out a piece of bedcloth that contained some of Sylphy's blood and put it in a box, worshipping it like what he did with Roxy's panties. They soon got married and Sylphy got pregnant with their daughter Lucy Greyrat

At the age of 5, during his graduation from Roxy's lesson's she cured him of his fear of the outside, and for this, Rudeus was extremely grateful towards her and even follow her path of being a tutor for Sylphy and later Eris. From then on, they only talked by letters and Rudy is very grateful when Roxy sent him a book to learn the Demon God Language and even made a figurine doll of Roxy. By the time he had split up with Eris, Rudeus had began worshiping Roxy's artifact (panties) and hailed her as his god for what she had done for him. When they were finally reunited, Roxy didn't recognize Rudeus as how he has grown up into a young man, which led to him being in shock before she found out who he was. When Rudeus was grieving about Paul's death, Roxy came to his aid and had sex with him, which helped Rudeus recover from his depression. Demon Eyes Demon Eye Foresight: Given to Rudeus by Kishirika, this eye allows him to see a limited amount into the future, with accuracy dependent on the mana input. It can be disrupted by experienced opponents or those like Badigadi, who are immune to its effects. Overuse of the eye can cause pain and nausea. Clairvoyant Eye: Also gifted by Kishirika, this eye enables Rudeus to see far away. Its effectiveness varies based on mana input, and it alters the perspective of vision rather than acting as a traditional scope. Combat and Magic Usage Although Rudeus is a pacifist, he is a formidable combatant when necessary, capable of casting multiple spells simultaneously and blending different types of magic. His creativity and scientific background help him develop efficient spells. Initially focused on water magic, he later specializes in earth magic, such as Stone Cannon and Quagmire. His magical power surpasses even that of Laplace, allowing him to create devastating spells, including a nuclear explosion during his fight with Orsted, which is regarded as God-class magic.

Sword Techniques Intermediate-ranked Sword God Style: Rudeus has trained in this sword style but cannot advance to higher ranks due to his inability to use Battle Aura. Elementary-ranked North God Style: Another foundational sword technique he has learned. Elementary-ranked Water God Style: A basic sword style he is also familiar with. Saint Dragon Battle Aura Developed by Dragon God Urupen, this fighting style focuses on defeating opponents with minimal magical power and combines magic with the martial art Wushu.
