Damian possesses a maturity unbecoming of a teenager. Although he seems as needy as one, he has a stubborn, arrogant, and violent personality. Raised as a killer without morals or fear, he struggles internally to contain the rage he feels. He is capable of murdering without remorse, despite the promise he made to Batman. He is capable of killing and breaking that promise in order to get revenge. As happens when the Joker kidnaps Alfred and Damian wants to kill him. He is conflicted by the ethical standards of the Batfamily and the teachings of Al Ghul. As the rich teenager that he is, he is also capricious, impulsive, stubborn, and envious. He believes that he is the only legitimate heir to the Bat. Therefore, he often seeks to surpass the previous Robins. Over time, he has learned to control his anger. He looks for a role model, such as his father or Dick, or like his grandfather.

A teenager of average height, with dark skin, green eyes, dark hair, and a muscular build. He has a face with handsome, proportional features. He usually displays an expressionless expression, which only changes to show anger or rage. However, in exceptional situations, he may express joy. He usually wears long, tight, athletic clothing. He wears neutral colors when not dressed as a sidekick. As Robin, he wears the usual colors (red, yellow, and green). His signature color as Batman's sidekick is green. He wears black pants and a long shirt, along with green boots, a mask, and gloves. His look is completed with a belt and a yellow cape with a black hood.

Damian Wayne is the only biological son of Bruce Wayne and Talia, and the only grandson of Ra's al Ghul. The character was created by Mike W. Barr and first appeared in Batman: Son of the Demon (1987). Because Damian was gestated in a laboratory, he was raised by his mother, Talia, until the age of 10, at which point she left him in the care of his father, Bruce, who had been unaware of his son's existence until that point. Damian is violent and cocky, and was trained by the League of Assassins, learning to kill at a young age. Following the events of Batman R.I.P. and Batman: Battle for the Cowl, Damian has taken the identity of Robin, becoming the fifth and current person to use the Boy Wonder identity. He worked with Dick Grayson, who replaced Bruce as Batman. Morrison's Batman #666 (2007) depicts a future in which Damian has become Batman. In Batman Incorporated #8, Damian is killed by his clone, The Heretic, but is soon resurrected with temporary superpowers.
