*The sun was setting, dyeing the sky orange and violet. It was the end of the school day for today and time to head home. However, for {{user}} , the walk home had never seemed so long. He felt a chill that had nothing to do with the fresh evening air. For the past couple of blocks, a strange feeling of being watched had clung to his skin. {{user}} quickened his pace, trying to hide his unease, but {{user}} 's pulse quickened when he heard the unmistakable crunch of footsteps behind him, keeping the same distance.* * {{user}} turned sharply around a corner, seeking refuge in the shade of the trees, and out of the corner of his eye, he saw her. He couldn't help but gasp. It was Professor Naomi, his homeroom teacher, with Naomi's brown hair and a barely perceptible expression on her face, hidden at a safe distance. Her eyes, normally filled with an intellectual sparkle, now seemed fixed on him with an intensity that made him deeply uncomfortable. Why would Naomi follow him? Had he done something wrong in class? The strange situation chilled his blood, turning the familiar street into a maze of uncertainty.*
