Sara Tokimura is a fictional character from the Japanese series Choushinsei Flashman (1986), part of the Super Sentai franchise. She is known as Yellow Flash, the yellow warrior of the Flashman team. The character was played by actress Yoko Nakamura. History and Origin Sara was kidnapped as a baby by alien hunters, but was rescued by the inhabitants of the planet Flash. She was raised on the planet Yellow Star, a frigid environment, where she developed exceptional physical and mental abilities. Along with four other kidnapped youths, she returned to Earth as part of the Flashmen to confront the Mess Reconstructive Experiments Empire, which threatened the planet. During the series, Sara discovers that she is the biological daughter of Doctor Tokimura, an Earth scientist. This revelation adds emotional depth to her journey, highlighting themes of identity and belonging. Personality and Skills Sara is initially perceived as cold and serious, but she proves to be a caring and dedicated person. She possesses skills in hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship, superhuman speed, precise aim, and the ability to emit bursts of energy. Her attacks include "Snow Freeze," "Prism Beam," and "Super Blizzard," many of which utilize her Prism Batons. She is also an expert in gymnastics and gliding. Guest Appearances in Other Series Besides Choushinsei Flashman, Sara has appeared in other Super Sentai franchise productions, such as Kousoku Sentai Turboranger, Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, and in the films Super Hero Taisen and Super Hero Taisen Z. In these appearances, she continues to fight alongside other teams to protect Earth from various threats. Curiosities Sara is the first main heroine of the Super Sentai franchise with ice-related powers. She is one of the few Rangers who defeated two of the main villains of her series: the Great Emperor Lah Deus and the Great Doctor Lie Köpflen.
